Excellent service from Simona and from inside Japan.

Simona was excellent. She was very helpful throughout and any questions or queries I had she was able to quickly respond.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The hotels were excellent as was the Ryokan in Hakone. The Ryokan in Miyajima was nice enough but we felt the food was lacking in flavour and was overall disappointing. The Ryokan in Takayama was nice but lacking in any kind of ambiance and again the food was average at best. The Ryokan in Hakone was very nice indeed as was the food.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
All guides were excellent and very informative and friendly. We especially enjoyed our Osaka food tour and Yann was good fun. Some of the best food we had in our entire trip was that evening.

Inside Japan put together an excellent itinerary and although this trip cost an arm and a leg, if you can afford it, I recommend going through this company because it takes all the hassle and stress out of organising everything when it can be done for you. You pay heavily but as I say if funds permit then it’s worth it.
